Leanne Stockwell (a.k.a. LeeLee Mishi) is a founding member of the Suma collective whose signature Om Summer Solstice Festival drew global fans and was considered by many to be one of the most innovative festivals in North America from 1998-2004. With yearly attendance reaching up to  almost 6000, the event maintained a grassroots, community-based structure and provided an unparalleled experience of music, art, and activism.

As LeeLee Mishi, she is known for her smooth and sexy sets of deep, jazz-infused tech-house and has been moving dance floors at parties, clubs and festivals across North America since 2001.

LeeLee is a monthly resident at Harmony Lounge and has played alongside international talent at Toronto institutions such as the Drake and Revival. She has also inspired crowds at outdoor events like Promise Cherry Beach, Harvest Festival, Om Summer Solstice Festival, Evolve, and Burning Man.

LeeLee Mishi has played at events alongside such international talent as: Dubtribe Soundsystem, Andy Hughes of the Orb, DJ Spooky, Legion of Green Men, Spacetime Continuum, State of Bengal, Solar Fields, Crackhaus, Adam Shakih and Freeworm.

Leanne is also a Registered Graphic Designer with over 10 years of experience designing and developing most of Sumkidz and Suma’s extensive array of promotional flyers, stickers and web images!
